The year is 1924, and the world is struggling to recover from the Great War. For millennia, their presence has remained one of nature’s best kept secrets. But with humanity’s secret sister species’ population now numbering the thousands, they cannot remain hidden forever. Each man and woman is possesses an incredible potential, but to the relevant parties, they are weapons of mass destruction civilization has never before encountered. What happens when dying empires desperately clinging to any vestige of power decides to exploit this resource? What would happen if the newcomers to the global arena decided to harness this power to make a name?
Aegis is the first agency of its kind. The Domestic Security Force was created within the Department of War and was founded in the United States shortly after the German armistice.
