~ about me :
Positive and bubbly are two things that could easily be used to describe Ms. Lilah Abbot. She is very outgoing and she tries to see the bright side of every situation. At times she can come across as overwhelming, a little ball of energy though she's getting much better as she gets older. Lilah tries to be honest because she hates lying, but her honesty can be a bit blunt at times. She is loyal so things that people shouldn't know, she'll keep to herself.

~ history :
The Abbot family had always been a rather small and quite family. They were normal, not really anything special about them. Amelia and Samuel were high school sweethearts, married shortly after gradutation. The two had their differences of course. Amelia wanted to instantly settle down and start a family, now Samuel did want kids of course...but not for a few years at least. He'd rather focus on them and his carrer of course. A few years passed and they had a baby boy, which they named Riley Abbot. He was everything that Amelia had ever wanted and when he was born, Samuel couldn't help but to think the same. He wasn't a huge child person....but having his own child, it was a different feeling entierly.
A few months passed and the excitment died down quite a bit. The two of them finacially could barely support themselves and throwing a hild into the mix made things more difficult. but they knew whatever happened, it would all be worth it. Riley would be wroth it. Of course the two young parents wanted the best for their son. Samuel got a second job and Amelia got a small part job of her own. Things were this way for a few years...shortly after Riley's third birthday, Amelia learned that she was pregnant once again.
Now the birth of their second child didn't quite run as smoothly. In fact it was only a little over seven months later that she was born. She was premature and there was a point where they didn't think she was going to make it. But she some how pulled through and so Lilah Isobel Abbot was born. Even after she was alllowed to come home...it was like little Lilah was living in a bubble. Like a doll, just the wrong move and she would break. It got better while she got older.
She was quite the little adventurer to say the least, from the moment she could move around on her own she was getting into just about anything. So it was safe to say that she was a bit of a handful to watch over. Now as much of a problem she could be, she was simply far too adorable to ever truly be mad at. That was why everyone who watched her never seemed to have a problem with little Lilah.
Now when she started school, things got a whole lot better for her. Making friends was effortless. She had no problem with talking to strangers, walking up to just about anyone near her. Some thought her to be a bit strange but that was something that she never seemed to notice. Life went on like this, nothing changed until she turned ten...when she met him. It had just been another day, walking outside she saw a man and now it would have been strange but the way she felt about him...it was hard to explain.

~ role play sample :
There was just something about being here with him again. Whether the situation be good or bad; part of her was just happy to be near him again. Of course that would be something she'd never dare share with him...however it didn't change the way she felt; the way he made her feel. The relationship between herself and Isaac, it was complicated and at times extremely undefined. As children they had been the best of friends, there was simply no one she had been closer to. He had been her one true friend, the person who saw things that no one else did. Though in life nothing is ever easy and their relationship was no exception. Over time things got complicated and it seemed to come to a head here tonight. There was no telling how it would all turn out, to Hailey personally...she was so focused on the fact that she was finally seeing him again...all her other emotions were easy enough to push aside.
His reactions to her; in all honesty were even more surprising than seeing him again. That was saying quite a lot. After they had parted in Forks; she convinced herself she'd never see him again...and that was the only way she'd managed to keep herself going. Now Isaac on the other hand...he had heard she was dead and she found herself wondering what that must have been like. She liked to think it wouldn't have hurt that much if the roles had been reversed and she had heard he was dead. However one thing she did know for certain; she would have been beyond pissed off if Isaac had not really died and he didn't make sure she knew that.
With that, on some level she could understand where Isaac was coming from. From a rational point of view, she couldn't really blame him for the way that he's treating her. Now if she had been a normal, rational person, she would have understood. Those were two things Hailey Katharine Deville were not and showing understanding was the same as submission...or even worse, an apology. She nearly shuddered at the thought, saying sorry...she'd rather eat her own arm first. She shifted her weight underneath him, resisting the urge to glare. He had no idea who he was dealing with. He had changed? Well he had another thing coming if he thought he could push her around in such a way. She is the daughter of Danna...a Deville...no one could intimidate her, at least not like this. Now as much as she wanted to go off...she simply couldn't allow herself to do such a thing. Anger was the expected reaction, probably what he wanted her to do...and she wasn't about to give him anything that he wanted. As she continued on with her thoughts, her eyes never left his face, and her expression never faltered. Not even as he brought his fist down. With an earsplitting crash, his fist broke through the wood close to her shoulder.
Hailey simply couldn't help but to scoff, raising an eyebrow questioningly. "Have you always been such a gentleman." She teased, he was mad at her...she had no problem with pushing him. He didn't scare her, in her life...she'd lost count of how many times she found herself in worse situations than this. "Though why stop...? If you want to do it, go ahead. Just answer one thing...this whole domination act. Who are you trying to convince? Me...or you?" A small part, the selfless part of her that did care about him...that part of her was proud. It wasn't a surprise that Danna didn't think all that highly of Isaac Santiago...if only she could see him now. "So go on...I won't stop you..." It was probably stupid, but Hailey was a not of a masochistic...she couldn't help it.
It seemed no matter what he threatened to do, what he did...or what he said, it seemed she simply wasn't going to back down. Despite everything, a smile formed once more upon her lips. "Who said I was playing." She retorted, determined to keep him out. Hailey all of her life had been rather guarded. Witnessing time and time again how trusting someone and letting them in, it only got you hurt. The 'mighty' Hailey Deville did have fears just like everyone else. Fears were weaknesses that if found out could be used against you. She knew better, he wasn't going to get to her...not like this. Taking in a slow deep breath, taking care to keep herself under control. "Well since you're all for spilling our guts, how about you go first. And is seems you're so interested in my fears...how about you tell me yours." He wouldn't open up to her...not about that and not right now. Honestly she was sure she had won when he leaned over her. Acting as if he planned to press his lips to her. However at the last moment things changed. A sound something between a mix of a hiss and a gasp escaped her lips. The feel of his venom against the bare skin of her throat was anything but pleasant. Again his attacks on her, it was more out of surprise than pain that she made those sounds.
Resisting the urge to reach up and touch where her skin had been effected, instead she tried to go back to her casual attitude. She pursed her lips, wanting to say quite a bit...but she kept herself from doing so. The longer this went on, the harder it was for her to act like none of this was getting to her. "You're not the same? Well you want to know what I think?" There was a long intentional pause that followed. Her hand slowly, in a teasing manner ran down the front of his chest. "I think I like the new Isaac more." She murmured, not fully sure if that fact was true or not. She cared about Isaac how he had been before...how he was now? The new Isaac....she wasn't sure.
It seemed she'd have plenty of time to figure that out. Tonight was far from over and if she had anything to say about it...there would be more than just tonight. They had easily walked out of each others lives...next time there was a chance that it would be for good. Hailey wasn't about to lose him again any time soon. She wanted to getup, as great as the position they now found themselves in...it was how they had gotten like this that bothered her. He was in control, pushing her around like a rag doll. It was quite the turn in, but at the same time quite a blow to her ego. She went with her first reaction...there was no way he could refuse her when hormones entered the picture. It wasn't just him...no one could refuse her, bur certainly not him. There was the idea of trying to get him off, but who knew what that would bring. As she debated over that, she was grasped by her collar(or what was left of it) Using a speed only vampires possessed, she was suddenly off the table and against the wall../off the ground itself by a few inches.
Considering it was her throat he was holding her by, one would think speech would be a bit difficult. To her it wasn't much of a problem. "Ohh really? I don't remember that...I think you should change my mind." Of course she had always found him very attractive, no point in letting him know that. Joking aside, it was just about impossible to not let herself get caught up in the heat of things. It felt amazing...his lips on her skin and his hands, it was like she had been missing something without fully even realizing she had. She did want to give in to her desires...but she couldn't. Nearly sighing in the process...she pressed her hands firmly against his chest, pushing so that he'd step back. When she was just enough room, she squeezed her way out between him and the wall. "As much as I'd love to keep things going...there's a few things that need to happen first."]/color] She made sure not to look at him as she stepped lightly across the room. Considering going to the table like before, instead she pushed out one of the chairs. Turing it to face him, she easily took a seat. "First of all I believe something's missing...and I want you to get it for me." She explained glancing down at her leg, to the very spot where he had taken out a hunk of her flesh. "After that...I might consider continuing things...if you can convince me why it's a good idea. I don't know I might get the wring idea and think you only want me for my body." She teased, for the first time, truly playing with him.
