A NEW WORLD OF TWILIGHT
What happens when the realm of Twilight ends? What happens when the world goes into hiding and disappears from the hype that is modern media? Lets think about this for a moment. ….. NOTHING!
Twilight like all other modern crazes and phases will be forgotten about, it will be remembered but it will also be forgotten. There are only two more movies left in the franchise, ending in late 2012. What is going to happen to Twilight RPGs then? Lets think about this for a moment……..NOTHING!
Twilight RPGs are only inspired and gain activity from the hype that is the release of movies, books, merchandise and media releases about the celebrities that play the characters. In 2012, all of that will die and with it, will the legacy of Twilight. It may not happen immediately, but over time, it will happen. When I think about it, I love the Twilight Universe too much to just give up on it after five years of devotion, I want the story to continue, I don’t want it to ever stop. Edward and Bella, although the pinnacle of the Twilight Saga, are not the only vampires that exist in this universe. Stephanie Myer goes on to describe a lot of other vampires, some of which are mentioned and introduced in her last book. We all know as avid RPer’s that the characters we create are also part of this unknown universe. We have created our own setting away from Forks, in Cleveland and we have basically extinguished the canon characters from our world. Some may say that’s a stupid move, that the canons are one thing that motivates people to join you. Yes, this may be true, but on another hand, I am also making a smarter move than other Twilight RPGs could ever imagine.
From this week, ALL CANONS WILL BE REMOVED FROM SITE. People who own canon characters of the Volturi already know about this so it is no shock to them. THE DISORIENTATED is writing a new history, a progressive shift from the lives of Bella, Edward, the Cullen’s and the Volturi. A darker force is coming, something that none of us could every imagine. Today, you will witness the beginning of a new revolution in Twilight history. THE DISORIENTATED is rewriting the history books, rewriting the happily ever after that Bella and Edward received. Not everything is safe, in reality, nothing is.
