NEW AD MOD - READ THIS

Ok so I was sitting here tonight looking at the adverts and trying to do them when i nearly literally died when i saw two pages 2 PAGES of adverts (first links) that hadnt beem replied to. THATS 2 PAGES OF SITES THAT DONT EVEN KNOW WE EXIST!


I am one for adverts, I believe they are what get thre crowds in, without them, no one knows our beautiful little site exists. I dont mind doing adds. I am more than happy to do them most times. I usually try to help out the advert mod and the other admin that do ads so we cover more ground BUT neither of them have been performing. SO now I ask for your help.

With Christmas just around the corner I know everyone will be busy. I need to find someone though, THAT IS ACTIVE, THAT WILL DO ADS ON A DAILY BASIS AND WILL KEEP UP WITH THE WORKLOAD.

I would prefer someone with advertising experience because I really dont feel like reexplaining the entire process to someone. But I really need someone to help me out here. You first task would be to complete the list of link backs require already in the advertising board. You will need to know how to move threads on broboards and also need to know how tocopy and paste the site code to other sites (both invision free and proboards).

The important thing that is active and keep up to date with things. The new rule for my advertising mods is, as soon as you get over a page of adverts piling up, you have lost your job, so you have to be on your game guys.

You also have to be able to go out independently and advertise the site for us, post our ad on boards we havent been on before. It hard because your not supposed to double post, people dont like it, but its the most important part of the job. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

I hope there will be someone out there that will take on this task, of course, I will help you out where and when I can, but I have so much toher site work I want to do for you guys, I need to focus on them. Pleae understand.

I will give you a few days and then I will pick the best candidate (based on my own opinions as well as application) and that person will be our new advert mod.

It would really really help guys and i personally as well as all the other admins/ mods would be exceptionally grateful. I think for each add we might include DD dollars as well if you do them. DD dollars are a project we are working on and with these dollars you can earn special things that bend the rules its really cool. I would really owe someone one if they did this.

I have run 6 sites but I haven't yet grasped the advertising to well yet , but I think I can manage . If you don't need help that's fine by me. But if you need help I am here.
