FULLHISTORY:
Vera Clarisse Russo was born to her parents Lorenzo and Nina Russo 18 years ago in New Jersey. Her father was a mob boss until his death when her mother became the leader in their ring of their inner circle of criminals. Growing up she was always daddy's little girl. He would pamper her like a Princess, which was in fact her daddy's nickname for her. Vera was always a tough kid who always found joy in getting her way. She had a quick tongue and almost always had something to say. Vera enjoyed when her daddy and everyone else gave her all the attention she craved so badly. She grew up having an eye for fashion even at a young age and since her family had money from their criminal behavior she was free to shop and dress herself as well as she wanted.
Though Vera was always a daddy's girl, her life with her mom was a different story. Her mother was always belittling her, always breaking her down. There wasn't a day when her mom failed to tell her something negative to tear her self worth down. Her father was always there to protect her and always gave her gifts to make her feel better. Vera's father was always dotting on her but treated her brother very differently. He never seemed to think that his son A.J named after his once beloved brother, now disowned brother was ever good enough. Perhaps having that namesake was part of the reason his father targeted his aimless frustration at him.
Vera and her older brother attended a private school. She was always getting in trouble for not wearing her uniform to school but luckily her father was always there to back her up which would frustrate the staff to no end. Every Monday and Wednesday night her father would play card games with her, teaching her how to be good at poker and other games he was a master at the casinos. When she was a kid she learned that she loved seeing the sky scrapper buildings of the city and especially the ones in New York when her father would take them for trips. This got her into drawing and making up her own design for buildings.
When Vera was 13, her brother who was 16 at the time ran away from home. She loved her brother who was always watching out for her. It was very distressing to her when he left. She felt abandoned and hated it. Her brother had a brilliant mind though and he found ways to evade their parents and still contact her via untraceable cell phones and such. He would always call her to check up on her. It made her feel safe that he still had an eye on her even though he was gone.
When Vera was 14 their father died of a heart attack. She was convinced that it was a broken heart from her brother leaving. A.J didn't believe her though and didn't come back for the funeral. Now that her father was gone, her mother was free to verbally and emotionally tare her down. It wasn't long after her father's death that her mom started to hit her, to kick her and cause her physical pain as well. As tough as Vera was, not taking shit from anyone the only person she couldn't protect herself from or stand up to was her mother. She would plead to her brother to come take her away, to let her live with him but he wouldn't.
A.J had left home and joined the gang that their Uncle had once been a part of. He had dropped out of school but was able to get a GED. A.J didn't want that for his sister though. He was determined to make sure she finished school. It pissed her off to no end feeling that he was making her suffer to live vicariously through her. Once she finished school she left home taking the first flight out to where her brother was now living in a shit hole called La Push Reservation. She couldn't figure out why the hell he'd chose to live on an reservation and be so far from a real city but even though she loved New Jersey she'd do anything to get away from her mom and her creepy mob buddies.
Now she has reunited with her brother and is determined to join his gang whether he likes it or not. Vera doesn't know that her brother is a shifter yet but soon will.

RPSAMPLE:
Sienna had finished the cup of trail mix she had been chewing on. Well finished it in a sense that she couldn't eat any more. She often found it more difficult to eat when she was nervous and right now her nerves were going wild. Sienna was waiting for Leah and Seth, well at least Seth to accept her question pending whether she could sit with them and not be the Quileute loner of the night. Right as she was sure Leah was about to say something another woman walked up to them. Sienna was admiring the lady's overwhelming exotic beauty. It was like the girls here were all Amazon hotties and she was nothing more than the plain Jane in the bunch. Sienna had one arm wrapped around her midsection while the other was propped on it tugging her hair, fidgeting from nerves. Right as the new woman, whose voice was seemingly sweet and gentle compared to Leah's harsh and bold tone, the frinch swayed aside and Sienna was caught off guard by a very large scar covering her face. It was like she had been mauled by a cougar, or maybe a giant bear. The scars looked like it was from large scratch marks. Sienna smiled at the woman, looking into her eyes trying to avoid starring at the scars that tainted her otherwise flawless face. Her mind was working overtime, going back to the her theory that she was indeed more like a movie style werewolf than she realized. Maybe whatever had made Sienna begin to become a wolf had done that to Emily's face. Sienna's eyes nervously searched the dark forests, feeling cautious not to let her guard down now.
Sienna realized she was being odd again and returned her gaze back to Emily. She smiled again at the woman who seemed as sweet as she sounded. Her dimples became prominent as she grinned feeling very welcomed by the woman named Emily. She was barely able to mumble a "Thanks Emily" before Leah seemed to explode. Sienna's eyes quickly went to Leah. Reading her expression she could tell that she was in no way happy to see Emily, actually she seemed down right furious. Her jaw dropped a bit from the shock of the sudeen uproar, then made an 'O' shape as her mind was working on what had triggered this reaction from Leah, and finally she bit her lip as she was started feeling concerned about what was going on. Sienna had unconsciously stepped back, moving away from being the middle of Leah path to verbally fight Emily. Her eyes were shuffling back and forth from Emily, to Leah, to Seth as she was observing all their receptions to the current conflict. Leah used the word 'imprint' and Sienna couldn't be more confused. That was like an animal term, like the things that birds did right? It was odd that she would use that in this context but apparently Emily must have stolen Leah's boyfriend. She couldn't help but she was in a movie, a chick flick drama. The part where the girls fight over the man and take vengenance on the seductress. Leah told Emily that if she should point fingers at someone terrorizing other she should look in the mirror. Sienna could feel her nostrils slightly flaring in fear. Was that a comment targeted at Emily's face?
Seth's bright eyes and cheery expression lost its shine momentarily as he listened to the clash between the girls. Seth tried to console Leah and tell her to keep it at the house. She also thought that was odd. Were these girls related? And bickering this much? It all seemed so complicated and she couldn't help but feel she was on center stage at the Maury show. If this became a physical brawl as well it may as well be Jerry Springer. She was trying to decide why her Uncle had wanted her to come to this bonfire so badly and she was beginning to see why her brother rolled out so soon. Maybe he'd been through one of these arguments already. Seth then verified that the man who called everyone to sit was Billy Black. "I like his hat" she said quietly. When she was feeling timid, which was usually all the time in a social setting (and what just occurred didn't help in easing her hysteric feelings) she often didn't know what to say. She lost ability to formulate coherent sentences that aided to conversation. After she would talk she would that moment of thought where you're like 'Wow, did that just happen? I don't know how or why but it did'. Leah also told Sienna she could sit with them, but now she wasn't so sure how close she should or would. The energy from Leah's outburst was still lingering in the air and Sienna wasn't sure if she wanted to get caught up in it. "I'll just follow you guys then" she replied a bit of apprehension in her voice. She hoped that Seth could protect her from his sister's bite.
Right as the three of them moved towards the logs and Emily left them Sienna could feel something. It was if she was being eyed, or watched. She had always been sensitive to the gaze of others and so she quickly looked to find the culprit. Sienna locked eyes with a man, he was very tall, with strong features even recognizeable to her from this distance in the darkness of the night and his eyes were fierce like a wild animal. Shockingly enough his expression softened to a smile but she could see the way he was looking at her. It was like he was trying to figure out a puzzle, or decide his next move in a chess match. It was the same sort of gaze Uncle Dusty had been giving her lately. Like they were waiting or expecting for something she couldn't account for. Sienna looked away hoping the man would lose interest in finding whatever he was searching for in her eyes. She lightly grabbed Seth's arm and whispered to him "Who is that" she tried pointing in Sam's direction without making a big deal about it.
Before she knew it another guy had come to join the bonfire. He was wearing a white shirt and black vest, opened to show a white tank underneath. The guy was obviously a handsome sort, even it this lighting so it wasn't strikingly strange in the least when he started putting the moves on Seth's gorgeous sister Leah. The next thing out of his mouth did shock her though. He looked right at the man who moments before who had been observing her and asked Leah who the 'smo' was. Sienna's mind was trying to decide if either the so called 'smo' was a newcomer or if the accuser was. The accussed was now with Emily and so her mind worked that he must be Leah's ex, the one who Emily had apparently stole away from her. Now this attractive guy getting flirty with Leah must be her new man. Sienna was feeling very confused trying to understand the relationship triangles in the group and what was going to happen next.
The next thing the guy did horrified her. He started making a big deal about Emily's scars. Was this guy really superficial or just trying to pick a fight. She wasn't so sure but that feeling of plain Jane was coming back to haunt her again. Sienna was praying that she wouldn't be the next victim to be teased for looks. She obviously wasn't half as beautiful as Leah or Emily was (despite her scars). Sienna's terrified mind could only imagine the names they could call her or flaws they would chose to pick out. She realized she was unconscioulsy scooting closer to Seth, as if he could protect her from the agitated feelings in the air.
The guy with the fast talking mouth lost his heated tone as he addressed Billy Black. Billy was obviously growing impatient as he waited for all the young people to sit and quiet down so he could proceed with whatever he had planned. The guy said a few more things, apparently the type that always needed the last word before he took a seat between Leah and Seth. Sienna couldn't help but think that Leah and this guy were perfect for each other, being both loud, bold and dramatic. She was trying to hide in Seth's shadow afraid she'd be the next victim to either Leah or this new guy. It didn't work because it didn't take him long to spot her and ask her for name. Her voice sounded just as timid as she felt "I'm Sienna" she paused awkward "Uh Tannon. I'm Dusty's niece.... Pike's sister" she shrugged. Sienna wasn't sure if she knew her brother, he had been living there for a year and was the type that you instantly wanted to be your best friend, but she had noticed that he was a bit edgier and somehow different than he was when he lived in Santa Monica with her and their mom. She did figure that he probably knew her Uncle who had lived there all his life and was now one of the tribe Elders.
