SUMMER SOLSTICE
The Summer Solstice is a time in the year in which the days are longer than the nights, where the Sun is far more powerufl than the Moon. Because of which, those supernatural beings who draw power from the sun, donned the Shapeshifters and Children of the Moon, suddenly become benefited with a surge of strength and extra power. This enables the races to be deemed temporarily more powerful than those that they call their enemies, the Vampires, who become severely weak and experience many disadvantages. The most prominent of which is their lack of ability to be outside - if they do wish to hide their true selves - because of the sudden absence of darkness.
THE BLESSED
Within the Vatican lies a secret clergymen not based on ones faith. But they have faith after they become one of them. They are the Blessed. Humans with compadability to weild the weapons of God. Weapons that have bene forged and blessed by previous Saints. Each weapon has only one user. Only one person can ever use it. And that weapon has a powerful ability attached to it. The Blessed are sent out to take on the vampires and shifters of the world. As they are not seen as children of Adam, and in turn children of God
THE POISONED
War. The humans are well reknowned for their Wars. And suddenly, the third world war has broke out. However, things are different this time, for the countries are now armed with weapons that are far more dangerous than they had before. These weapons are nuclear weapons. And apparently, they are not afraid to use it. However, the nuclear bombs were not as powerful or as widespread as expected. And when they were set off from one country, all those who possessed them let them off in defence and in response to the attack. the results of the bomb were wide and unexpected, and nobody knew of the effects it would have on the supernatural kind. The human race were partially wiped out, but a majority of them survived. However, the survivor's suffer too, unbeknown to them their blood had become poisonous... to Vampires. However, not all of the humans obtain this poison, but there are few of those who remain healthy and fine. the affect of a Vampire who does consume the poisoned blood is disastrous, they are pushed to the extremes with an excruciating pain as the poison burns them from the inside out, turning them to ashes. The shifters, on the other hand, suffer greatly, but do not die. The nuclear explosion causes the gene which enables their shifting ability to deform, temporarily disabling this shifting until they are cured or the poison leaves their body. The vampires are facing the trouble of a shortened human race, and those who are left, or the most of the, are poisoned... The shifters are now deemed humans. How will you act with, The Poisoned.
