Cupid and Psyche. The Odyssey. The Illiad. The Aeneid.
These are all rich stories penned by geniuses of the classical
world. In the modern world, we hold mythology very near and
dear to our hearts and perserve it, as are the dead languages
they were originally authored in. Once viewed as a system of belief,
mythology stands now as mere stories in our modern society. In
reality, the deities walk amongst us, hidden from the naked eye in
the form of our bretheren. At a quick glance, even a thorough stare,
these gods appear no different than any other person walking this
Earth.
The great heroes of mythology also live on, souls in the bodies of
unassuming mortals. They are our reincarnated ancient mortals, and
though they do not remember their gloriously tragic past lives, they hold
strong personality characteristics to their old souls. They are drawn to the
study of Classics and ancient history, many of them proficient in Latin,
Ancient Greek, or both.
Will you yield to the great power of the disguised gods in the modern world,
