Ok so we had a little break due to no votes, hopefully this time you guys will have learnt your lesson and actually vote for your members.

This is up a little early but I thought a few days bonus time wouldnt hurt. So enjoy! - Voting ends the last day of this month (february)

You all know how it works, but I thought I would still post a few little guidelines to consider when voting for your members of the month.

THERE IS NO RANDOM OF THE MONTH THIS MONTH BECAUSE WE HAVE A NEW SPECIAL EVENT COMING YOUR WAY SOON!

[/color][/b] ALL members are entitled to vote, even staff members.

~ Each vote counts as ONE vote, there is no weighting on staff members verse other members.

~ Has the member been active this month?

~ Please remember in MR and MISS of the month will be voted on as per character. This means you must write the characters full name (FIRST MIDDLE LAST) when voting. Mr and Miss otm are done via character, not RPer, so please vote for the character, this is IMPORTANT!

~ Please we would love to hear your reasonings behind why you chose certain people. Make them thoughtful and insightful, a compliment for the member. Don't just write "because they are amazingful" because that seriously means nothing. Of course reasons are not compulsary but if your going into the effort to vote, you may as go all the way and write something encourageable to the member.

~ DONT VOTE FOR JUST STAFF! because they are just staff. Yes they do alot for the site, yes they work hard and rp alot, but they are STAFF it is expected of them to perform above regular members. They do this because they want to, not for the praise of members (even though we love to hear it constantly) Just when voting please dont limit it to staff. Give the regular members a chance. Of course you can vote for staff just not constantly.

~ If your characters FC is not on the FC LIST, they will automatically their winning edge. If I go to make a graphic and the FC on the list, I will simply pass the trophy the next in line. I dont like being a bitch, but it makes you do what your supposed to and it makes my graphic making much easier. Thanks guys. [/b]

~ Results will be recorded within this post and all posts that are vote posts, will remain attached and will not be deleted. This is so we can trace who has posted and who has not.

~ Please do not delete your own posts, if you want to make changes after voting I'm sorry but its too late, you vote has already been recorded.

REASON: The real reason I'm voting for Chris's character is because Chris is almost always around at least once a day in the c-box. After my foreboding warning about activity, Chris seemed to take that as a personal challenge. Just recently, I saw her remind someone to vote for member of the month, something she didn't have to do. If anything, that's the kind of member that deserves member of the month. One that isn't required to do anything but post but does it anyway. As an admin I respect, and salute you, Chris
