The Deville Coven was first created by Danna Deville in her early days as a vampire upon coming to a small town dominated by vegetarian vampires. The vegetarians did their best to stop her from feeding on the humans, resulting in the period of about a week or two of near starvation before attacking the mailman before anyone could notice. She began searching the Washington area for people to join her, knowing power was in numbers and they could hardly stop her from doing anything with more wild vampires on her side.
The coven grew steadily into a very powerful and very evil force. Murder, torture, stealing, raping...The most horrible crimes known to man can be attributed to this group. They take pleasure in being at the top of the food chain and work towards being the most powerful force in whatever area they are in. The entire coven encourages Danna's need to be the best at everything and to be the most feared person around. They thrive off of making others miserable and climbing their way to the very top.
The coven has seen many members come and go. Be it leaving on their own free will, being kicked out, or murdered in the process, many people have walked through the door and few people have actually stuck around. Danna could care about the morals of her members, so long as they are obedient and serve her loyally. If someone is powerful enough, she will go through the trouble of blackmailing and bribing them to join her ranks, even if they aren't nearly bad enough to be like her. The only thing she cares about is power, and will take anyone who will help her achieve her goals.
