 The Kuroshio Clan originated centeries ago and was run by a family that repoduced and immortalised their families in order to prolong the existence of pure blood vampires in Japan. Based in Kyoto in Southern Japan, the Kuroshio's believed that they were vampire royalty, muc like the Volturi in Italy. They actually worked for the Volturi, ensuring that the Asian immortal world obeyed the laws of the ancients. It was only when they heard of the extinction of the Volturi, the Kuroshio went into hiding in one of their many underground palaces. Only one remained, Hanako, the heir to the Kuroshio throne, who moved to America to break the tradition of the clan. It was there that the Amsel Coven discovered her whereabouts and felt they could trust her enough to establish her own clan of vampires to take over from her families ruling. Hanako gathered her closest vampire friends, those that posessed extreme environmental powers and those she had only heard about through her families ruling. The new Kuroshio Clan is strong and fierce, determined and united as one. Most of the powers are those similar to Hanako's families. The coven respect Hanako and treat her as royalty. They know her heritage and the power that comes with being part of ancient vampire ruling. They are not scared of what she cold do, but stgep carefully as to not displease her. Hanako may be a cute little innocent child, but she also knows how to rule awith a clenched fist. Anyone found doing the wrong thing will be punished. * Controlled by her coven leader and uncle for most of her life and now she strives for the same kind of discipline from her members.
* Was set up for an arranged marriage to ensure the line of her anscestors but ran away before it could happen.
* Has now been aked by Bastion Amsel to create a new youthful Kuroshio Coven, with as much power as the old to rule the Asian vampire world.

Ai has the power to be able to summon any inanimate object from anywhere. Depending on the distance it may take longer for it to transpire infront of him, but basically if he knows the object and knows its location, he is able to summon it and have it materialize in his hands. If he does not know the location or the object, of course, nothing can happen. Ai makes a lot of effort to memorize places of objects and positions and such. He may be confident and outgoing but he also has a sneaky strategic side, his head is always thinking.
~ historical points :
* Changed at the age of 19. His parents were vampires and he was concieved via Zaramama. His parents always strived to create a family similar to that of the Kuroshio's the founding vampire family of Asia. Ai blames them for his immortal life.
* Lived most of his life despising the Kuroshio's but when asked by Hanako to create a new clan, he agreed, knowing it was the best for him. He still holds a little anger towards Hanako and her family but hides it for his own good.
* Is an individual and prefers to walk alone, stealthily around. He only turns to people when he really needs them.

Ishi has the power to be able to manipulate visions. Literally she controls what people actually see. Most vision manipulators have the ability to make people see what the vampire wants. Ishi has the ability to blur vision, to obstruct it, to haze to pixelate, to enhance, and to magnify. She cannot transform what you see, but she can obscure how you see it. She can also make the person see in color or black and white. Her power works on all species and can leave humans (only humans), permanately blind. For vampires and shifters, she can obstruct the vision for however long she wishes, as long as she stays focused and concentrates.
~ historical points :
* Hard working studier during her highschool and college life, studied arts and visual expression.
* During college, Ishi found her eyesight deteriorating. She can still see but everything is hazed. She dropped out of college and ended up working at a small cafe.
*She blames herself for her continuing blindness. Even now as a vampire, her sight completely restored, she still blames herself and believes she is weak. She feels she allowed herself to go blind.

Kaage is quite a comedian and why wouldn’t you be when you can make people fly before they knew what was going on, or make them feel as heavy as stone and unable to move? Kaage has an unique ability which allows him to be able to manipulate the gravitation pull of an object. Human or not, Kaage can change the pull on an object so that its floating, or sinking. This is a great weapon against enemies, he can immobilize them by applying excess pressure, or he can disarm others by making them float in the air.
~ historical points :
* Kaage is just an all round funny guy. People are sometimes annoyed by it but Kaage always tries to make the most of a tough situation.
* Kaage is one of the vampires in the coven that actually tolerates vegetarianism. Kaage spent the beginning of his vampire life with a coven of vegetarian Japanese vampires. He is a wild vampire now, but is not opposed to the vegetarian lifestyle.
* Kaage is a little more understanding than some of the other coven members. They see him as not so serious, but for Kaage, he gives everyone a little more consideration.

Ryu has the power of manipulating water. Just like the unusual water colour of his eyes, once turned, Ryu was able to harnese the power of water and command it to do as he wished. With simple hand movements, he can control the nature and behavior of water. He does not have the ability to change the physical state of water, to make it freeze or boil, but with the help of Satu-san, they can heat the form and then Ryu can manipulate it and use it as a defense.
~ historical points :
* Born with blue eyes (unusual for a child conceived from two full Japanese parents), it was apparent from the day he was born, Ryu carried a lot of water within himself. Being changed into a vampire, he still retains the blue eyes as an indication of his affiliation with water.
* Ryu was brought up and raised in a small Japanese shack, on the west coast of Japan.
*His family being quite poor, Ryu and his friends found pleasure and enjoyment out of playing in the shallows of the Japanese Sea.

Takeshi has the power to be able to manipulate the earth. He can cause earthquakes and tremors, have the earth open up and create huge crevaces, and make mountains form, he can create dust storms. Takeshi’s power, unlike the other natural manipulators of the group, requires concentration rather than physical actions to summon the command of the earth.
~ historical points :
* One of the older vampires in the coven, Takeshi has lived a long life. He has his malicious side, but he is also smooth, charming and charismatic around the ladies.
* Takeshi has a slight malicious side. He often does things and abuses his power just to see others struggle. Just recently Takeshi did something that rocked the entire country of Japan. Takeshi was practicing with his power, forming earthquakes, but making sure they were not hitting Japan, choosing for them to develop along the Pacific fault line. Little did he know that he pushed his power so far, that he established Japans and most likely the worlds largest earthquake in history. The 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami, were caused by Takeshi.
* Realising the damage he had caused, Takeshi went into hiding and denying to Hanako that he had anything to do with it. Hanako is still unsure

Nariko has the elemental manipulation of storms. She can control storm clouds, thunder, lightning and rain. This power becomes a huge advantage for the coven during battles when they can manipulate the playing field to their advantage.
~ historical points :
* Nariko has always loved storms. As a child she would find herself out in the rain playing in the thunder and lightening.
* When she was 12 years old, Nariko ran outside in one of the most horrid storms she had ever seen. Playing under a tree, she climbed up in it to hide when the storm got out of hand. Within a few minutes, the tree was struck and Nariko was electrocuted.
* Surviving the electrocution, Nariko went on to live a normal life with a cool story to tell her teenage friends. Nariko was turned a little later than the other Japanese vampires and as such shows a more controlled and respectful personality.

Kaori has a special gift, one that has been proven to be quite useful during battles and for her own self protection. Kaori is telekinetic. This power being extremely dangerous, Kaori`s telekinesis only controls certain objects. Kaori can only control those of an electronic nature. Machines, computers, anything that is electronic she can control, this includes modern cars and transportation. She has the ability, that when focused and concentrating, can move objects and control them.
~ historical points :
* . Kaori had no interest in anything that was technological, she didn’t even care for sitting down at school and learning how to speed type on a typewriter.
* However, everything changed when Kaori was transformed into a vampire. After her newborn years, Kaori watched technology change and develop over time and with her spare time, she found herself tinkering away with technology, it wasn`t until 24 years into her immortal life that her gift for electronic telekenisis came to existence.
*Kaori spent all of her immortal life alone, roaming the country of Japan. She has never left Japan and doesnt intend to any time soon, unless she is commanded to.

Seiko has an ability that was originally handed down through Hanako's family. He has the ability to infact heal others, immortal or human with his hands. Included in this power, Seiko can alsorevive humans and immortals with just the touch of his hands. He simply has to hold his hands over their heart in within time, thebody will heal completely and theheart will begin to beat. The more severe the inury, the longer the focus and continues contact ofSeiko's hands.
~ historical points :
* Seiko is actaully a decendant of Hanako's family however, his mother and father both chose a better lfe for him outside of the Kuroshio cn and as such, adopted him out to a human couple, before Seiko could be changed to a vampire. Hanako and Seiko are distant cousins. Seiko's parents were part of the original Kuroshio Guard.
* Seiko was changed when he came back to find his real parents, the Kuroshio Clan knowing a little of the families history, they changed him for the good of their family.
* Seiko and Hanako are a final pair, but Seiko acts like he doesnt like Hanak around others. When they are alone, He treats her like the most spoiled princess n the world. He treasures her and loves hedearly, but doesnt want others to witness weakness.
