Is there a rule that doesn't allow a character to be in more than one 'belonging' at once?

Like can a shifter be in 2 packs?
Or can they be in 1 pack and 1 'clique'?

I would think being in multiple backs is not allowed... but being in a clique as well is ok right?

Just checking.
