~ about me :
Ivy falls into love with friends and partners easily, but she never has worried about affection and whether or not she would be with them forever. She is perfectly fine with living alone, nothing about it scares her at all. Nothing made her this way, she just does not feel the need to cling on to anyone. Though she finds both genders beautiful, men over women, she does not feel inclined to being in many relationships. She is aware of how shifters imprint and knows she has not done it, yet, if she ever will.
She sees the beauty of the world clearly and wants to preserve every bit of it as possible. In public, she is civil, but does not worry about speaking unless spoken to, unless her job requires otherwise. Ivy is a gullible woman and tries not to let anyone figure that part out about herself, not wanting to be used or treated wrongly. A lot of things irritate her and with enough annoyance she can become angry quickly.

~ history :
At an early age, Ivy showed a great love for music. She began learning to play different instruments at the age of six-years-old. Her favorite thing to do is sing, but her favorite instrument to play with her hands is the guitar. It does not matter which kind, though the one that makes the most beautiful noise to her ears is the bass. She always learned new things quickly, but only bothered learning things which she felt were relevant. If she was not fully interested in whatever it was that she was attempting to give her attention, she may as well just forget about it right away.
She spent a lot of time watching her older brother, Samson. He never really spent a lot of time with her personally, but he was kind to her and spoiled her whenever he could. He was also musically inclined, so whenever she needed a hand with her instrument, he was usually able to help her in any way he could. He influenced her a lot, with her behavior and attitude. The main difference between them is that he was too nice to say something when people were running him over, until it built up and he basically exploded on someone. She, on the other hand, did not have a lot of patience for rudeness and let the person know as soon as she was sure that they were acting as such on purpose that she was not going to put up with it.
After a few bad relationships during her teen years, she became immune to the want and need of company. It no longer mattered to her. All she was worried about was finding her way in the world and taking care of herself, performing for money whenever she got the chance and working a regular job. Income is pretty important to her. Ivy moved from Quebec, Canada during one of the bad relationships, to Painesville, Ohio with her girlfriend, Jasmine. They tried their best to make things work, or at least Ivy tried, but after fighting constantly she gave up and moved into her own small one-bedroom apartment in Wickliffe. That was the last relationship she had been part of.
She recently began looking for a new job, hoping to find one which suits her abilities as well as bringing in reasonable income. Ivy considered searching for a pack, but she was afraid of the idea, no matter how appealing it may be. She would have to warm up to at least one of the members ahead of time, preferrably knowing them for a few days. She is an overly trusting person and does not want to allow herself to become hurt again. One of her objectives, outside finding a place for herself in life, is to figure out what to do about the wild vampire situation. She was sure they were the cause of the disappearances of humans lately, and wanted to find a way to at least bring the count down a little.

((from other applications))
"The cool clear water moved around the young woman's body as she stood waist-deep in the creek, watching small fish go by. The girl's form was still, dark brown eyes contemplating which one to go for. She could easily go to the market and get food, but it was much cheeper to catch it on her own. It was good practice, considering she was probably not going to be able to pay her own rent the next time it came around. May as well learn how to fend on my own.
Malice's hair was light brown, always seeming to be overly messy and bushy. The only times she was willing to brush it was at the end of the day, just to be sure it did not get tangled enough to have to be cut off. As she stood there, hair shifting in the breeze, she could not feel the discomfort most people would feel standing in the water in this season, due to her warm nature. Sometimes it irritated her, but she was thankful for it, none-the-less.
Finally, see saw a fat fish coming toward her from upstream. Crouching down to pull her chest under the water, Malice quickly positioned herself and watched closely to make sure she was in its way. Between her hands was a small net she had made herself. She widened her arms and watched as the fish blindly fell into her trap. Quickly, she jerked the net up, grabbing all sides and leaning away as it came out of the water in her hands. The gray fish jerked and flopped, causing water to fly in different directions. Malice turned her head to the side and squinted until most of the water had been flipped off its body. It was not an overly large fish, nothing too special, but it would be more than enough to satisfy her that night.
She was glad she caught it. Some days, there would not be any good catches, and she would be forced to hunt a larger land animal, or a bird. Killing them was more difficult for her to bear than killing a fish, for some reason, though she killed land and air animals in her wolf form. At least, this time, she did not have to deal with anything like that."
