Emmet is a nice guy the kind of person you want in your corner when things are going ruff because you know he’ll have your back. He’s loyal and caring when it comes to those close to him and he’d do anything to protect his family. He would never turn his back on someone who needs him no matter how big the obstacle or adversary may seem. He’s always ready for a fight but that doesn’t mean he’s violent as he’s more like a teddy bear. Emmet is also the house comedian always playing jokes or making humorous comments at the expense of someone else. He loves to tease Bella and the more you make it noticeable that it bothers you the more he will do it. He loves to have fun and for Emmet fun can be anything from riding in his car to having a go with Jasper.

Also he can act like a big baby sometimes seeing as he hates to lose and will not give up until he’s won. He and his brothers have a little sibling rivalry going on when it comes to certain things but it’s all in fun. When you’re around Emmet you will usually enjoy yourself and always laugh but if you get on his bad side beware. Emmet is slow to anger but once he’s riled up nothing or no one can stop him from breaking necks and asking questions later. He’s very overprotective of his family but would never tell any of them what is best. He is a great listener and companion to his wife whom he adores beyond anyone else. Emmet also has the ability to see the good in others which is why he can always be so light hearted and joyful around anyone.

FULLHISTORY: Emmett Cullen was born, Emmett Dale McCarty in 1918, Baxter Tennessee, he was the only child of David and Mary McCarthy. His father was a ship builder and his mother was a house wife who made sure he had everything he needed. He had a good life full of love and happiness, and as a child he was very pleasant and good natured. These were the characteristics he carried with him into his adulthood and made him into a very charming man. As he grew up he went off to join his father in the ship yard making boats which also over time made him as strong as an ox.

He was skilled at his craft and was always happy to do what was expected of him regardless of who asked it of him. He had many friends and it must have been because of his jubilant personality and contagious laugh. Emmett was popular with the ladies as well but he never went too far with them, never finding one girl who could capture his interest. The one thing that did capture his interest was hunting and he had captured more than his fare share by the time he was twenty. He was fond of all animals, but grizzly bear was his favorite to hunt, they put up more of a challenge which he loved.

He made up his mind that he would take one down, all alone another head that he could add to his collection; also add to his ego. He had plenty of both and that day after he finished working he set out to the forest knowing the bears would be out in full force so it wouldn’t be hard to find one. He had his axe and gun ready waiting until he had his opportunity so that he could get the one he truly wanted. He sat in the forest just walking around hoping to come across something and for a moment he almost lost hope, but that is when he heard one off in the distance. He followed the sound up into the mountain where he finally laid eyes on the beast that he was sure would be his next victory. Emmett waited a moment and aimed his sun hoping that he wouldn’t miss the first shot.

He got a little closer to assure that he would not miss, but even with the extra effort he missed the first shot and in seconds the bear was upon him. They struggled for a while but as strong as he was he was no match for the burley bear that was overwhelming him. He fell to the ground and he was sure that the bear would be the last thing he would see but then an angle came and saved his life, The angel was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen and all he could do was stare at her as she scooped him up in her arms and carried him away. He was beginning to black out and soon all he could see was forms here and there, someone else was there, a man he heard her call Carlisle. His head feel back and just when he thought God would take him he felt a bite and then the most severe pain he ever experienced in his life

It was days before he awoke to his new life but when he did he was a little taken back by the way the world now looked to him. It was as if he was seeing everything through a microscope and that’s when his angel came through the door to his side. She still looked every bit like an angel to him but now it was at a higher degree than before. She led him to a room where there were other just as beautiful as she and for a moment he had to wonder if her was in heaven. “No you aren’t in heaven.” Said one with brown hair, how had he heard that? He asked himself. All he knew was the angel was by his side and that was more than enough to keep him happy. Before he could ask any questions His angel whose name he found out was Rosalie and Carlisle explained to him what he had become and the rule by which they lived in this family.

He took in this information and let it settle in his mind, why did they look so sad? He thought as he looked at their faces. “What’s wrong?” he asked worried he had done something. “Well…” said Carlisle, “Are you upset?” he asked looking into his red eyes. He smiled and said “But if Carlisle and Rosalie, my angel, were vampires, how bad could it be?" They looked perplexed for a moment but it was then that Rosalie hugged him and he stared at her knowing that he loved her instantly. He was accepted into the family with open arms and got along with everyone well winning them over with his good nature. He was the one in the group who was always up for a fight, the one who was always looking for the next thrill. Through his wrestling matches with his brothers they all discovered just how strong he was.

As the years progressed and they moved fro place to place he gained the knowledge that even after the newborn phase he was still the strongest vampire in his family, In this respect he stood out, it was one of the things that made his special just like his other siblings had their abilities. Although he loved his family Emmett found it hard to stick to the vegetarian diet they all stuck to. He was good for the most part feeding on the very beast that gave him the chance to be immortal, but every now and then he would have a relapse. Each time he would be welcome back with open arms, and that was one of the reasons why he would do anything for his family because they never judged him when he had a slip it was always love with them. Another reason he was so loyal was his angel, Rosalie he had to admit that wherever she went he would follow she was his world now.

In the family everyone was paired up except for his brother Edward and at times he wondered when he would meet the one who would make him feel the way he felt about Rose. He pushed those thoughts back knowing it would happen one day, but when Bella came into Edward’s life he just wanted him to kill her. Of course that was before he realized that it was different from just an unbelievably amazing scent and a look actually true love. Even he had to admit she smelt good but when he saw how much Edward loved her, he too warmed up to her and started to look at her like his little sister as well. They had faced a lot together in a short time; James, Victoria, Renesme, and even the Volturi and still he loved them all unconditionally. Renesme, His niece was a joy to be around, but it only made him wish that he could have done that for Rose, made her a mother. There have been many things that have come into the life of his family but he knew that he would always be there with them, where he belonged.

RPSAMPLE: Emmett drove down the rose in his red jeep wrangler completing yet another errand for Rose. She had sent him to the fabric store to get some patterns for the latest dress she had Alice designing for her. She was always looking for something new that would make her look even more ravishing than she already did, which he found impossible. To him she looked beautiful today and to his dismay sometimes everyone else thought this way as well. He wouldn’t call himself jealous and he really had no reason to be, he knew that she loved him as much as he loved her. He passed finally came to the road that led up to their house and as he passed Edward and Bella’s cottage he heard a loud scream and was out the car in seconds. What was going on? He wondered as he went to the door and opened it without knocking. What he saw when he entered was something he wished he had never walked in on, Bella and Edward just finishing up.

He looked at both of their disheveled appearances and smiled glad that nothing had happened. He then looked to Bella and knew that if she could her face would be bright red at that moment. He laughed at loud and smiled at the happy couple, “You two should really keep it down.” He said as Edward rushed him out of the room and down the stairs. Although he could no longer see her he was more than certain that Bella was upstairs trying to calm her nerves. “We will be at the house in a minute.” Said Edward as he pushed them out the house and all Emmett could do was smile as he got to the house. He parked his car in the garage next to Rose’s car and made his way to their room to deliver the items she requested. He looked at her and for a moment she was all he could see and his smile widened as she greeted him with a hug and a kiss. He basked in the scent of her and was glad that he was back in her arms again.

“Thanks love.” She aid before walking off to show Alice what I had gotten for their latest creation. He smiled again but this time it was all because he had made her happy, that was his favorite thing to see that smile on her face. Was there anything he wouldn’t do if it brought that smile to her face, he was sure there wasn’t. He was so focused on his toughs of Rose that he almost missed he brother and sister come thought the door game time, he thought as he went to the living room to join them in watching TV. Edward noticed him first of course he would, the cheater he probably already knew what he had in mind.

“Hey Bells.” He said taking a seat n the other side f her so that’s he was in the middle of her two favorite men. She smiled, “Hey Em.” Good she didn’t suspect anything, now all he had to do was trap her. “How are you feeling?” he asked now smiling at her. “Fine, why?” she asked looking confused. “Well I just thought maybe Edward had hurt you after you adventure today seeing how you guys don’t do that often.” He stated in a concerned tone. A look of shock spread over her face and just like that he was in a fit of laughter and the more he laughed the angrier she got. Is it wrong to torture her like this? He asked looking at Edward as he smiled slightly. “Yes.” He said answering the question he had not had to speak a loud. “You think it’s funny?” she aked her golden eyes getting darker in her anger. “Come on now Bella it was just a joke.” He said getting up ready to run. “I’ll show you a joke.” She said and chased after him.
