FULLHISTORY: Viktor was born to Klaus and Marie Eaton on Feb 16, 1984 along with his twin brother Damien. They were the joy in their parents’ lives but the two sons couldn’t have been more different from one another. As a child Viktor liked to keep more to himself while his brother tired to make friends with everyone he encountered. It was the same in every aspect of their lives they looked just alike but had nothing in common or so they thought. Damien was older by two minutes and liked to remind him of that every chance he got through torture. Over the years the two brothers developed a small sibling rivalry that only increased as they tried to show one another up. Thanks to their father’s position at work they attended one of the best private schools money could buy and it was there Viktor learned that he was special.
At school he and his brother were in every class together and he was feeling as if he would never be able to shake his brother off. But there was one class he had that Damien wasn’t in and it was during that time he discovered photography. He was a freshman at the time trying to figure out what trade he wanted to go into and there he found it. Vik liked being behind the lens and knowing that he could show the world the way he saw things. There was a sort of powerful feeling with that revelation and from that day forth he always had a camera within arm’s reach. It was also this time that he started to become a hit with the ladies, his body turning into that of a man’s and ladies noticed. Damien noticed as well and to show his brother up he joined the wrestling team while Vik continued to stick with art.
It was his senior year and he’d finally found his own place in the world no longer worrying about his brother but just having fun. They were in competition with each other for the top gradient heir class but all of that meant nothing not anymore. That year his father told them they would all be moving to America where he would be the Ambassador to the United States for Germany, a great honor. The family had a celebratory dinner and on the outside things seemed fine but Vik was concerned on the inside, change is hard for him. The move came swiftly and before the American school year began he and his family were already relocated. They moved to Washington, D.C. and finished off their last year of high with minimum difficulty even with the language barrier.
English wasn’t hard to learn seeing as they spoke it often at home, but the accent was something he couldn’t hide. After graduation he sat and though about what he wanted to do and decided that he would go to school somewhere far from brother. Vik had gotten into Columbia and was hoping to get his degree there while his brother went off to New York for a while. It would be the first time in years the boys would be separated the thought made him smile like a kid on Christmas. You would think that they hated each other but in truth they are both feeling the sin called envy. Vik envies the way his brothers seems to dry people to him and wondered why he hadn’t been blessed with that. He put thoughts of his brother aside for five years as he got his degree in Art History and photography. He had always excelled in school and when his graduation came the entire family met back in D.C.
Of those five years Viktor spent three romancing the leading lady in his life they met his sophomore year at Columbia. She was pre med and somewhere in between the two of them feel in love and now she was coming to move in with him. Her presence was a surprise to the family and they all wanted to know where he’s been hiding such a lovely creature and why? His parents wanted to know all about their plans and the couple responded happily their replies met with smiles. For now his life seemed perfect he had a job lined up with a small magazine in the city and a woman who loved him. Vik moved in with his girlfriend and they quickly became the young couple to watch every one knowing that a proposal was on the way and it was. It took him a little longer than he would have liked but one year later he was ready and had the perfect proposal planned.
It was Christmas dinner and Vik was hosting this year so that the family could see thou house. No one had been by since their move due to work but holidays was family time for them all. The family was sitting at the table after having enjoyed a nice meal and his father was about to make his usual toast when Vik stood up. It was there that he proposed to the love of his life and she said the words he longed to hear ‘yes.’ They were all thinking about time but there was another mind in the room thinking something entirely different His fiancé went to get the champagne to celebrate and he thought nothing of it when his brother decided to help. Vik listened as his mother went on about how they should do the wedding and details he would leave to his wife to be. To escape the rambling he said he’d go help too but what he saw was not comforting.
There in his own kitchen stood the woman he loved and his brother having what seemed to be a lovers’ quarrel. “You can’t marry him!” he said fuming in a way he never knew Damien could. She had tears in her eyes as she shook her head pulling away from him, “I can and I will. We were a mistake!” she said as her face turned red. “But what about us?” he said reaching for her again, “There is no us.” She said letting herself be pulled into his arms. This was more than he could bear and as what was happening came to his mind he lost control. He ran into the room with rage filled eyes and started to attack his brother, as she screamed for help. It took his father to break the two of them up but the damage was done. “Get out.” He said tuning on his brother trying to regain his composure. His parents were confused and asking questions nut no one was moving so he decided to leave without any word.
He drove for miles until his car stopped and only then did he look at his phone; he’d missed fifty calls all from her and his parents. He got some gas and spent the night in a hotel not wanting to go back to his miserable life just yet. The next day he returned home to find no one there and hurriedly packed his clothing and equipment. Vik loaded his car with haste not knowing what his next move would be but he couldn’t stay there any longer. He reached the steps only to see his fiance sitting there leaning on his car, “I’m sorry.” She said her eyes red from crying. “Yes you are.” Was all he said before getting into the driver’s seat and pulling off those were the last words they shared. His parents called eventually asking of he was ok and where he’d gone but he wouldn’t tell them all he said was he was fine. He couldn’t have contact with that world right now he needed to be on his own so he just when where the wind took him.
After hours of driving and coffee charges he ended up in Forks a small town. It was the perfect place to start over and he was in desperate need of the restart button. He found a job in local newspaper and found a house to live in. He thought it was just a nice quaint town but here is where his life ended or began depending on how you look at death. He didn’t meet that many people during his stay but there were two women who left a big mark on him Delta and Alix. He met Delta while taking some shots on the like and what an impression she left. He was taken right away for the first time in a while but he wasn’t ready then to try love again. So he played the friend card and the two had a good connection at least on his side. Alix is his sire and running into her was maybe his biggest mistake. She looked harmless but after only one date she sunk her teeth into him…literally. Her bite changes his life forever and he found himself reborn as a vampire. After his transformation he left town for a while not really knowing how to deal with his new life.
The only clue he had was what he read on the internet or saw on TV and he soon learned it was all bullshit. On his travels he met others like him and learned all he could about being a vampire and the secret world he was now a part of. After appeasing his thirst for knowledge a memory came to him of a raven haired woman killing a dawn in the forest. For some reason he could now see that memory clear as day and he put the pieces together. Delta was like him, it was funny he should think of her after all this time but he did and she is what brought him back to Forks. He returned ready to deal with his past and this new life and wanting to make her part of his.

RPSAMPLE: The door was to his far left but Merek didn’t have to look up to know when the vampire entered the room. He could sense it from the humans, the way their heart rates rose, blood pressure high, and how they held their breath as he passed by. The funny thing about vampires is when they’re in the same vicinity they’re almost drawn to one another even though no one really welcomes company. Not even he really kept in touch with any of the vampires he’d met over the years but then again there weren’t many he liked. Merek knew he was a hard person to get along with as he had his ways and after almost eight centuries there was no changing this man. He pulled himself back to reality when he felt the man approaching him and he could feel all the eyes in the room moving with him. His eyes looked up to see a somewhat tall man walking toward him he looked young which only left him thinking where was his maker?
The boy’s blond hair and blue eyes gave him an innocence he’d only seen in a child, but it had to be a mask. Merek was the king of masks and he wore one every day as he played human and tired to make himself less than he was which is a tiresome job. When his eyes traveled to the man’s attires he could only smile thinking, he must be a wild one. He had dressed with a style unlike anyone else’s in the bar and that was only making him stand out more than he already did. The tight jeans were giving every woman in the room a slight orgasm earning a little laugh when the stranger arrived at the table. He asked if he could sit and Merek nodded his head gesturing for him to have a seat. He smiled at the visitor, at least he had manners and that was a welcome change compared to the humans. He was sure that in their society it was impolite to stare but yet there they all were staring at the two handsome men.
“You came just in time I was preparing to order a drink, join me?” he asked looking to the man whose name he hadn’t caught yet. Ah they had time for introductions and he wasn’t really too worried what his name was as long as he was good company. Tonight was all about having fun for him and he wasn’t going to let anyone get in the way of that. That’s why he’d left forks because it was bad manners to shit where you sleep and he didn’t want his habits to affect Sofi. She had been so kind to take him in on the first day he arrived that he couldn’t make a mess of the home she’s made there with her family. Merek raised his head to look for their waitress and she was already on her way pen in hand ready for the order. She smiled at them sweetly as she walked to the table and told them her name again; Sandy and it fit her perfectly with her sandy brown hair. “A bottle of Tequila and two shot glasses please.” He said to her in a low yet sensual voice. Sandy’s smile only brightened as she walked away and he could tell before the end of the night he would know all her secrets.
She walked away to fill his order and he turned back to the man, “You do like Tequila don’t you?” Merek didn’t know many people who don’t like the drink but he also didn’t want to assume everyone liked what he liked. But he did know one thing after a few bottles he would definitely be good and drunk and ready to go home. That was his plans to get full on boozes and blood and then go relax in his bed maybe even have some company. “So what drew you here tonight? Was it me or all the dear in sight.” His eyes glanced around the room to see that most of them had returned to their conversations and games of pool. He was glad and the feeling that their conversation could now be private set him at ease but he wondered if this young man felt the same. “So do you have a name or are you going to leave me guessing all night?” he looked back at him with a smirk on his face, “I’m Merek.” Just as he said that the waitress returned setting the bottle and the two glasses along with limes and salt on the table in front of them.
Sandy told them to call if they needed anything and then when about the club checking on her other tables. He reached for the glass and poured himself a shot and downed it clean without the limes. The nest one he took his time and used all the tools that made the drink so tasty weather in the glass or on a body. “Come on don’t tell me you’re going to let me out drink you.” He sat back and laughed waiting to see if this guy would join the party.
